The empty frame which held a Vincent van Gogh painting known by the titles of "Poppy Flowers" and "Vase with Flowers," which was stolen on Saturday from the Mahmoud Khalil Museum in Cairo, Egypt, is seen hanging on the wall of the museum on Sunday, Aug. 22, 2010. None of the alarms and only seven out of 43 surveillance cameras were working at the Mahmoud Khalil Museum where the Vincent van Gogh painting worth an estimated $50 million was stolen, Egypt's top prosecutor said Sunday.
